For domestic:

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel elated with their purchase, howbeit if something isn’t right, let us know. We do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. A conditional exchange maybe offered if the merchandise is found to be faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship; provided that you inform us within 6-12 hours from the date of receipt of product. In such case, we can only replace it for the same product in the same size (subject to availability). All shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Any communication received after 12 hours of delivery shall not qualify for exchange.

After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will review your case and provide a solution. Customized orders/Made to Order/Bespoke/Sale items/Accessories and Bags are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

We will not accept the product :

(a) if it has been damaged by you
(b) if it’s altered
(c) if it has been worn.

PAYMENTS

To confirm and place an order, full payment is required in advance. If the advance amount in not paid within the mentioned time period, then the order stands to be put on hold or cancelled.
Advance amount paid by the customer is non refundable.

Courier costs are not included in the outfit price. The company shall only facilitate the delivery through the courier partner and is not liable for any damages in transit.

Product Color Disclaimer

We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, the actual colors may vary from the images shown for the following reasons:

The color of the product will appear different in various lighting conditions (e.g. sunlight vs. fluorescent light).
Your individual monitor or phone settings can cause the appearance of the color on the screen to differ from the actual photograph.
We cannot be held responsible for these differences.

General care instructions:

All outfits should be stored in garment bag and in dry condition. Do not try to wash it at home as this will definitely damage your outfits permanently. We recommend Dry Cleaning only.
All outfits need to be preserved in a correct manner to ensure that the outfit you order stays in the best condition for a long time. Any embroidery exposed to moisture, perfume or any other element that contains alcohol will blacken the embroidery immediately.
Embroidered outfits are best maintained if kept in a hanging position
If you notice any loose thread on the fabric or on the embroidery DO NOT try to pull it out. Simply use scissors to cut it off neatly.
